How do we work in large projects?
Entourage takes operational project responsibility with its own salaried consultants. You define the goal, we lead the project there, from a clearly scoped individual project to ongoing project support under a framework agreement.
Project management by Entourage
An Entourage project manager runs the plan, the schedule and escalation and reports to a steering committee. Steering is based on milestones, KPIs and regular reporting, with control of time, budget and quality.
Roles on site for a limited period
Entourage fills roles on site for a limited period, including the project lead until your team takes over. All Entourage consultants are salaried employees; we do not place freelancers.
The right model
Depending on the project goal and governance requirements, we choose the model: managed service with a service description per work package, a dedicated expert mandate with a consistent point of contact throughout the project, or a project package with fixed milestones and predictable costs.
Start and handover
You usually hear back from us within one business day. Your Entourage experts start on-site or remotely, with reporting from the first day. At the end, the consultants document and train so that your team continues the project on its own.
