RAPS AI in Regulatory Conference 2026: Entourage Is in Barcelona

The RAPS AI in Regulatory Conference takes place on 5 and 6 November 2026 at the Novotel Barcelona City, with a preconference workshop on 4 November. It is a new event in the RAPS Conference Series, developed and curated by the RAPS European Council, and it asks a single question: what is artificial intelligence doing to regulatory work across the MedTech product life cycle.

The format is deliberately small. Instead of a trade fair floor, the conference runs interactive breakout sessions for mid to advanced regulatory professionals. That makes it a place for conversations rather than for booth traffic.

Why We Are There

Entourage supports manufacturers of medical devices and in vitro diagnostics through approval and market surveillance. Where AI enters that work, two sets of rules meet: the MDR or IVDR on one side and the EU AI Act on the other. Our practice sits at that intersection, so this is our conversation.

We are not bringing a product to Barcelona. We are bringing the question of what your notified body will need to see, and what of your existing documentation already answers it.
